Rudolph Lowy - Chairman & CEO

Rudy has extensive experience in starting and managing companies and particular expertise in the insurance industry. Among numerous career highlights. He started Developers Insurance Co. (California), the first insurance company in the US devoted to taking completion risk on public infrastructure projects undertaken by private developers, launched a surety division for Clal Insurance Co. (Tel Aviv) to handle completion risk on residential projects (the first such program in Israel) and negotiated the first reinsurance treaty in the United States devoted to providing capacity specifically for completion risk on infrastructure projects for private developers.

Rudy has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and a Masters of Business Administration, both from UCLA, and is based in our Los Angeles office.


Hugh Taylor - Senior Vice President

Hugh has two decades of experience in marketing and management in the technology industry. He has served in executive roles at global enterprises as well as at venture-backed startups. He was VP of Marketing at MediaPlatform from 2009 to 2012. As Social Software Evangelist for IBM Software Group he developed a unique financial payback model to quantify ROI for social software in the corporate environment. The resulting paper received the Marcom Platinum Award for Whitepaper Writing in 2009. As Public Relations Manager for Microsoft's SharePoint Technologies, Hugh was responsible for generating the "Billion dollar juggernaut" story that helped make SharePoint a high profile product for the company, generating over 800 pieces of press coverage in one year.

Hugh is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley's Law School and Graduate School of Information. He is the author of numerous books and articles on business and technology. Hugh is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), the Microsoft Business Process Modeling and SOA conference, the HP Technology Forum, and IBM Rational DeveloperWorks. Prior to working in technology, Hugh was VP of Television Development at Edgar Scherick Associates.

Hugh earned his AB, Magna Cum laude from Harvard College in 1988 and his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1992. He lives in Los Angeles.


Ofer Mizrahi - CTO and General Manager

Ofer is Ping's senior executive in Israel and is responsible for technology, research and development, and our Israeli business opportunities and relationships. Ofer has extensive experience in high-tech management and research and development, primarily in the telecommunications and Internet sectors. Prior to joining Ping, Ofer served as VP of research and development at Kayote Networks, Inc., a leader in the Voice over IP (VoIP) industry, and co-founded and served as Vice President of EdgeLogic, a start-up innovator of next-generation home telephone services, where his responsibilities also included business development and raising capital.

Ofer also served as Vice President of Development for Deltatree Inc. (OTCBB:DDDC), a publicly traded company providing VoIP products and series to end users, suppliers and major telcos. During his tenure at Deltatree, Ofer played a leadership role in navigating the company from start-up phase to IPO, and helped it achieve the status as a major player in the VoIP industry. Ofer also has experience as a programmer, and utilized these skills in various Israeli software and hardware companies.

Ofer has a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is based in Ping's Israel office.


Simon Swanson - Director of Marketing and Products

Simon is responsible for overseeing the company's marketing initiatives, and for leading Ping's product development activities. His strong background in end-user marketing and product definition enables Simon to lead Ping's product initiatives, and he serves as the primary liaison between our sales/ marketing team and our research and development group.

A former KPMG certified accountant, Simon joined Ping Mobile after six years at Spiral Solutions, ultimately serving in the capacity of Vice President of Marketing. His experience spans both consumer marketing as well as brand and product management, including vast experience in mobile marketing. At Spiral Solutions, Simon was responsible for overseeing all online and mobile marketing activities in the US, UK and Europe, as well as providing end-user requirement definitions for a range of new mobile products and applications.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Administration) from the University of Tasmania, Australia, and is based in Ping's Israel office.


Candice McFarlane - Director of Client Services

Candice began her career as a Media Buyer for BBDO NY. After finding success working with clients such as Lens Crafters and Texaco she transitioned into the role of Entertainment Analyst for OMD. In this role Candice was responsible for identifying opportunities for clients to enhance their traditional media spend through entertainment properties. Candice secured and produced original television specials, sponsorship of music events and product placement for clients such as Visa, PepsiCo and McDonald's. Working closely with account managers, creative teams and media buyers, Candice gained experience in all areas of advertising and client relationship management.

Prior to joining the Ping Mobile team, Candice had a successful freelance marketing business where she designed multi-platform strategies for an array of clients ranging from clothing companies to production studios. In her role as Director of Client Services, Candice's primary focus is to ensure that all clients receive the dynamic support that Ping Mobile is known for.

Candice holds a dual degree in Marketing and Management from Georgetown University, and is based in our New Jersey Office.
